I can't see the color variables in the library or the local variables menu that has already been created

I created color variables in the file and used them. But then, when I came back to the file again, the variables were no longer visible within the library and the local variables menu. However, if I select objects with applied color variables, I see colors as variables. How is it possible to bring all variables back to the library and the local variables menu?

The problem is the same both on the desktop and the web Figma. Cash deletion by Troubleshooting also didn’t help.

Hello @Eduard_Haiman_IPL, Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. I really appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot.

Could you please confirm if you have checked the previous versions of the master library to see if the variables are present?
To do this, you can follow these steps and duplicate the version to check: View a file’s version history

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know, and I can help you create a ticket for our support team to further assist with your library file.

I look forward to hearing back from you. Please let me know if I have misunderstood anything.

Thank you again for contacting us!

I checked the version history. I found the oldest one, dated from when the master library was created (the first version in history). I duplicated the file, and unfortunately, it has the same issue.

Hello @Eduard_Haiman_IPL, Thank you for responding and sorry to hear that you are still experiencing the problem.

I’ve opened a support ticket for you (#1103656). Please share the URLs of the library files and add support-share@figma.com as an editor for those files (this will not affect your billing) through the ticket.

Our support team will be in touch with you soon regarding this matter.

Thank you for your assistance!
