not the whole document/page, but a Frame
in Figma itself or via a plugin

How to see all text styles in the Frame?
You can see typography information in the inspection panel.
But the inspection panel only shows information on what you have selected.
Fortunately, if you select the frame and press enter a bunch of times, it will dig deeper into the layer hierarchy and select all objects.
