How do I make a Parent Frame scale proportionally as a result of the Child frame growing

I’m making a component end users of my design system will be able to personalize.
The component itself is super simple:

  1. Elipse 60x60
    2. Line if text with 2 initials

I want users to be able to change the type ramp and have the component resize to fit the new type size. The problem is that type does not scale evenly on the x and y axis. Setting the Elipsis to 60x60 linked then changing it to Hug-Hug does not resize proportionally when the type scales…

This is probably a simple problem but what am I missing?
