Help Needed: User Invitation Not Delivered via Email & Collaboration Issues with Jira

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with user invitations in Figma. When I send an invitation to a user, they do not receive the email notification. However, if I invite them to access the workspace or team, they get access. The issue is that the user can view the content but isn’t listed under the members’ list, and they’re not able to collaborate effectively.

Additionally, because the user isn’t listed as a member, they’re unable to link Figma with Jira for collaboration, which is causing significant workflow disruptions.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
