Can anyone help me Zoom in-out the UI? I’m on the browser and when I try zooming in or out only the canvas zooms.

You can do it in the browser (Chrome in my case):
View > Zoom In/Zoom Out
The shortcuts shown there ^ don’t work; need to actually use the View menu.
But there is a dedicated item in the desktop app, and the shortcuts work:
View > Interface Scale
