Figma toolbar missing, cant open any project

I don’t

know what happened, I reinstalled windows 10 and then figma has refused to display the tool bar. I cant open a project in fact, can’t even locate the “X” icon to quit the app. I seriously don’t know what to do as it doesn’t seem like anyone else has this problem having searched on google. I have uninstalled the app normally and with third party uninstallers and still getting the same results when I installed…what else can I do?
