Figma has allowed file access to 'random' person

Background:

I have a personal and work Figma account. I recently upgraded my personal account from free to Pro.

When logging off for the day, i saw a file that I had been working on in my work account had the owner changed to a member of my team. ‘Strange’, i thought, because I had this file in a separate folder and marked it as ‘Only people invited’, so technically they shouldn’t have been able to view the file AT ALL, let alone change ownership. So i reach out to them and turns out they didn’t change anything at all, but I had them send ownership back to me and this is where it gets weird. I didn’t see the avatar before they hit transfer, but SOMEHOW my personal, completely separate Figma account was made owner to a file on my work account. I think, OK that’s weird as Im not apart of this team AT ALL, but i figure I could go into my personal account, simply add my work email as a editor/viewer and then transfer ownership BACK to my work account - NO. There’s no way for me to do this. Somebody please help.

Hey Mila! Thanks for reaching out to the community!
Hmm this looks odd. Not sure what’s causing this, but if you still have issue to transfer ownership of files, you can follow this guide: Transfer ownership of files or projects

If this doesn’t help, and you would like our team to have a deeper look into your permission’s right with the file affected, please reach out directly to us: here
Be sure to use your Figma account email, include a link to the file affected, and share it with support-share@figma.com as an Editor, so we can take a closer look.

Thanks, that information doesnt seem to apply in this case so Ive reached out through the other link you provided. Thanks for the timely reply!
