From what we can see on our end, you’re already working with support directly and Ayşe escalated your issue to Ryan yesterday.
The only confusion I see here may be that you invited support-share@figma.com days ago, but you never provided the exact files links. Our support share account is shared across all of support, so even though you’ve already invited support to edit, we receive edit invites from users constantly. We can find your files easier when you’re able to provide the exact URL links.
I’ll escalate your ticket internally on your behalf back to Ryan, but please provide the exact file URL link(s) as soon as you can to continue to work with support directly.
