I am using Figma board for my work and I was happy with the product. When I had to start working on UI (with no prior experience or understanding), I thought I will look through Figma videos and see if I can use. I jumped to YouTube and noticed the AI feature, which will be very helpful for people like and I bought the subscription for Figma. It is so unfortunate that I was not provided with the features which were marketed heavily on all the websites.
Now, I have no access to the features and after reading through the forum, I understood it’s not rolled out yet to everybody. I feel I was cheated with the content online and would like to withdraw from the subscription.

Currently, the First Draft feature is rolling out gradually. While we’re not adding users manually to the beta, access will continue rolling out over the next few months. You’ll get an in-product notification with details on how to start using it.
