Feature Request: Specify User's role while inviting them to your account

Hi, I am an IT Admin who constantly onboard users to our Figma org account. I would like to have the feature of specifying the role of individuals while inviting them. I see that this option is not available.

When we have to manage a large number of users, it would be necessary to be able to assign the role when we invite a user.
