Hi there! Hmm this looks odd. Is is happening on browser, desktop app or both? Do you also see in preview and/or presentation view (or only when you export in PDF) ?
If it is happening only on desktop app, can you try to clear out the cache to see if that helps?
If it only happens in one specific file, it would be great to have access to your file to investigate further and see if we can replicate it. If you are able to, please reach out directly to the support team: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Be sure to use your Figma account email, include a link to the file, and add support-share@figma.com as Editor, so they can take a closer look. Thank you!
I noticed that the view problem only happnes when viewing the PDF through Microsoft Teams.
And then trying to fix things I manage to make it work by flattening the illustration in Figma before exporting and after this even Teams can show the file correctly. I still do not understand why though, and also how the PDF-background may move?
Thank you for the additional information. To be transparent, I am not sure what’s happening here, if it is an issue from Microsoft Teams or on our end 🤔. It sounds like the tool isn’t behaving the way we’d expect it to. If the issue is still occurring, please reach out directly to the technical specialist within this form as mentioned, and please mention the step you did so they can investigate it further what’s causing this! Thank you
Thnak you for your reply. I have written some clarification from things I found out. That message is awaiting approval. (And will probably reach you before this message.)
