I want my developer to be able to export images in any size they want without needs to ask every time to change the actual size and create different layer with that size.

Hey @Nimblechapps - would a solution be to provide a designated page in your file with copies of all the images for your developer to use for their resizing? That way, it doesn’t affect your work or require you to have to change dimensions yourself. Your developers will have a space where they can resize themselves.
You can just maintain that page with new/updated assets as they are created for them. I would even suggest using comments to let them know when something changes.
