We are getting ‘An error occurred while opening the editor’ when we are trying to open the Figma with this link :

This is coming on few machines in same network, but it’s random also.
We cleared caches, temp, proxy is used.
What can be done to make it work?

Hi @Nikhil7 - sorry to hear about that! Can you try something for me?
Can you try duplicating the file you and your team are having issues on, and then try opening that one to see if it seems to work as expected again?
If it doesn’t, are you or any of your coworkers using a VPN?
Also, are you having this issue when trying to open the file in both the Figma desktop and Figma on the web?
