This is what I’m seeing when I want to choose an image.

It never loads. If I click around, I can see a flash of what’s in that box for a second

When this happens, I’m stuck. All I can do is restart the browser.


I’ve tried restarting my browser (chrome), restarting my computer, clearing my cache, and signing in and out of my Figma account.


I tried using a different computer, and it works fine there. But my laptop, which is using Chrome, needs help to get past this issue.

Thanks for reaching out. If it happens on the specific browser and your networking is working well (internet speed and connection), please also make sure that it is not blocked by a browser extension. Browser extensions, such as ad blockers, can prevent images from loading in presentation view.


You can disable the browser extension, or add figma.com to the extension’s allow list. The process for this varies by extension, so make sure to reference the documentation for the relevant extension.
