Hi. I’ve been having this issue for some time now. This connection error (error code -138) keeps popping up every time I open the desktop app. I tried reinstalling Figma several times. It works fine the first time, but if I close the app and try to open it again, I keep having the same issue. Basically, I have to reinstall Figma every day. I use Windows OS. My internet connection is fine.
Hey. In my case, it turned out that the firewall in my antivirus program was blocking the connection all along. I suggest contacting Figma support and they will help.
