Hey @zemeng ! Sorry to hear this is happening. Does this issue occurs on desktop app, browser or both?
If this only happens on desktop app, please re-install the desktop app as this may fix this issue.
Also, we don’t have any way to recover comments if they’ve been deleted, but they do get saved to the Version History of the file. Can you please also check the Version History of the File to see if you’re able to see these comments?

Please use your Figma account email, include a link to one of the comment on the file, and share it with support-share@figma.com as an Editor (this won’t affect your billing at all) , so they can take a closer look.
I am using a browser and cannot see these comments, nor are they in my history.

Unfortunately, I have the same issue. Some comments have simply disappeared. On both, the desktop app and the browser (occurs also the version history).
By the way: They strangely appear in the right panel after changing the filter settings for comments several times. Only (!) there but still not on my selected page or any canvas in my file.
