I seem to have a user specific edge case where I cannot see the comments on our files, including the ones I add to the file. It may be related to the fact that I use the iPad app sometimes? That’s the only thing that comes to mind. While troubleshooting, we did the following:
- try hide/unhide comments
- try to reset user from admin side
- try to create a new user
- look for other cases in this forum
to no avail
