Clip content does not work on the top and bottom side of the frame when you run it as a prototype

I created a frame and check the clip content checkbox. I added a rectangle and kept half of its part inside the frame and half outside from the topside or bottom. When I ran it, the clip content was breaking. I could see the whole rectangle.
