I have two questions. The first one is regarding the changes that have been made to this account. I had upgraded to the new version and it has disappeared. The second one, which goes together with the first one, is that I can’t access Figma AI when I used to be able to. And I don’t know if it’s because I have the account as an educator. I have checked everything to have it activated and nothing.

Can you clarify what ‘changes’ have been made in your account?
About the Figma AI and UI3 betas, please note that Figma AI will be introduced separately from UI3 going forward and you will receive access to each individually. Once you’ve been granted access, you’ll see a modal in Figma inviting you to explore the latest updates.
Pease stay tuned as both Figma AI and UI3 are rolling out gradually over the coming months.
If you’re concerned you might have missed the onboarding, simply click on the “?” in the lower right-hand corner, to bring up “Help and resources.” Here, look for the option “Use new UI (in beta).” If it’s not there yet, your access is coming soon. You will receive a confirmation email once you’ve been granted access.
