Can webhooks receive FILE_UPDATE events for files from other teams?

Hello.
I have editing permissions for files from another team and would like to receive webhook notifications for changes made to those files.

I registered a webhook with my team ID for testing purposes, but it seems that webhook events are not being triggered. Does the webhook only work for files owned by my team?

Of course. That’s why you put in the team ID. Accounts ≠ Teams.
