Can’t switch to eduction plan

Hello! I am trying and switch to the education plan, but cannot summit, and show only “Missing School Type”. I have filled out all of the available boxes given. What do I do from here? For reference, Coursera is listed in there.

After cleared appdata, and browser data & cookies, still showing “missing school type”.
