[bug] variables dialog can be resized through collection list

Actual behavior

  • I have to fiddle with my cursor position if I want to select Collection 1, because the option spans across the top edge of the Variables dialog and the UI is allowing me grab the top edge of the dialog through the collections list.

  • I’m able to resize the dialog and leave collections list open.

Expected behavior

  1. I’d expect that I shouldn’t be able to interact with elements behind the collections list.

FWIW, this bug is also present in UI3.
