When you see this “An error occurred while opening the editor” error, it’s most often because there’s a network proxy or other network security app blocking some level of access. To clear this issue, you’ll need to ask your IT services team or network admins to add Figma.com to any ‘safe lists’ and unblock Port 443 and enable WASM as needed.
