All of our text has become detached from the text styles they were assigned to

We have a huge doc with a style guide, and a bunch of designs.
And one day, all the text blocks, which used to be assigned to text styles, are no longer assigned to styles. The styles are still there. Visibly nothing has changed. That happened already twice with two different files.

How can this happen? We work with Figma on a daily basis. It’s disastrous that this can happen. Please for a quick solution.
