Hi, I’m using a Professional plan and I noticed that AI feature has been disappeared. I’ve restarted Figma but can’t find it. I’m already on the latest update. How can I fix this?

Just to clarify, the AI rollout is team-based. Could you please check the following?:
- Do you recall which team the file belonged to when you could see the AI feature?
- Check the team to which the file you are not seeing AI belongs.
If each file belongs to different teams, it’s possible that the team where the AI feature is not visible has not yet received the AI rollout. Please be patient for the rollout.
Additionally, drafts organized outside of a team/organization cannot use AI features. Therefore, please ensure that the file is not located under the Drafts to move.
If the files are in the same team, have you recently upgraded the plan for the team? Upgrading the plan may also affect the rollout of AI features.

Just let you know, I checked our backend, and it seems that the AI feature has not yet been rolled out to any of your teams, including the pro team.
The Figma AI feature is being gradually introduced while in beta. Unfortunately, we do not have specific timeline when it will roll out to your team and there’s no action required on your end. Please be patient and wait for it to become available for your team.
To understand your situation, could you please confirm the following for us?
- Are the files where AI features were previously visible and the files where AI features are not showing the same files, or are they different files?
- If they are different files, do these files belong to the same team?
In cases where there are files within the same team where access to AI features is inconsistent, as mentioned in the previous comment, I recommend preparing the URL of the file and team name and contacting our support team so they can take a closer look.
