Adjust the column width of variable names within local variables menu

It would be really nice if I could manually change the width of the name column within the local variable settings. We sometimes use names that are quite long, and I now cannot read the entire variable name because it’s automatically shortened. Allowing me to adjust the width of that column would solve the problem.

The lack of support for column resizing makes the whole local variables feature unusable for us.

We are stuck in this weird place where we aren’t able to advance our design system practice because the tool seems to miss this basic consideration.
