Account update failed

Hello, since the support rejected my question I come here to have answers.
I’m a student and I need to share my prototypes for anyone (public) to conduct tests.
This function isn’t free anymore and you need to have a pro account. Since I was using my personal account, I requested a student access and send all the files needed. I received a mail to confirm my account was now registered as a student one but nope.
My account (with the right mail) is still a starter one. Why??
I absolutely need to share my prototype freely this is for my final exam…

If your account has already been verified as EDU, after selecting or creating your team to upgrade, from this page…

You need to first select Upgrade to Professional. Afterward, you’ll see the option to select Yes for Is this an Education team? to the right.
