Account Issues and No Response from Support

I am on the team plan. It’s just myself on this plan.

I can log into my Figma account and can see a community handle that I wish to publish to… However, I can not publish to it (I want to publish to the profile highlighted in blue).

I’ve created a support ticket (1176329) and have been waiting patiently for a response. The ticket still shows “open” but the agent is no longer responding to my inquiries. I have additional questions and concerns…

when I review the ticket, the sidebar reflects answers to questions that are incorrect. The “Nos” should be “Yes” and I don’t recall how the “Nos” were even tallied. I don’t recall being asked these questions at anytime.

The dialog found in the ticket does not reflect the conversation that has been occurring via email; some of my responses have been omitted or did not post to the thread…

Lastly, I am opted into Figma’s AI beta features and my understanding is that these tools should be available to me; yet my Figma UI does not offer the functionality to leverage these features.

I’ve noticed you guys have no problems billing me. I’m sorry if your support team is super busy, but I’m beginning to get a little upset. I’d like answers to my issues as soon as possible.

As for the AI feature, it is still in the process of being rolled out gradually to everyone. You can find more details about the AI rollout here: details.

@y_toku Many thanks for your feedback and efforts to assist me. I’m receiving the best care possible and I’m grateful to all those involved including yourself. I am growing increasingly confident the issues will be resolved.
