Variables are accessible for frame width and height, why not X and Y?

I’m in need of standardizing the positioning of certain notification elements across all screens and variables for X and Y position can be very very helpful to achieve that. There are variables allowed for width and height but not X and Y.
Not allowing variables everywhere makes the variables feature look inconsistent and incomplete.
