UI3 feedback: spacing between elements and auto layout spacing grouped together is conceptually wrong

I want to give feedback on the new UI3 grouping. I think it is conceptually wrong to have the spacing between elements together with the auto layout controls since they are two very separate things: auto layout are controls internal to an element, while the spacing between elements is an in-between elements control.

Having them together is misleading for two reasons:

1. When there are no auto layouts, this part of the panel is called just layout, so if you select two auto layout it is not recognizable
2. The icons are all very similar and it becomes difficult to recognize the gutters belonging to the auto layout and the ones in-between elements
