Luis_Lizarraga_Flores

1. Describe the bug/issue you’re running into?
I cannot modify the thickness of lines, both in arrows and in figures

select object or line and when the options appear, there is no tool to change the thickness

3. Share a screenshot, recording, console log, link to the file, etc.

4. Is the issue only happening in desktop app or a specific browser , or both?
i think only on browser

Adding my vote here because the other threads where this was bough up have been auto-closed. It would be helpful to be able to add thicker lines to FigJam. Ie I use boxes to highlight areas of a project which need to be edited. With the current single line thickness, sometimes my boxes are easy to miss.

+1 here. Would be helpful to be able to increase line thickness of shapes, etc.

+1 here too!

This need has come up for me too. Sometimes I look to circle something - like text on an image, or a section of an image, with a red circle or square outline, to draw attention to it. The thin line is barely visible. This is a basic activity that I’ve seen other white board tools (like Miro) do.

I have the same problem…I am switching back to Miro if this keeps up

+1 add another to the list

Same here. Line weight control on all items is a must. Scaling of things in general would be nice too. Why line weights and font sizes don’t scale with shapes is beyond me.

Being able to control line thickness is not just a stylistic option — it's a functional need.

Figma should allow users to adjust the thickness of arrows and shapes.

  • Without thickness control, it's difficult to visually differentiate between primary vs. secondary paths or highlight key areas in a flow.
  • When connecting or pointing to smaller UI components, the current thick arrows often overlap or visually overpower the element itself, reducing clarity rather than improving it.

Tools like Miro already support this, and adding it to Figma would improve clarity and visual hierarchy.
