hi! i would love to be able to save a custom-designed spring animation as a preset so that i don’t have to customize it individually for each prototype link.
so when i click Smart Animate and pick a Custom Spring curve, i’d like to be able to save that configuration as a preset.
Yes! This idea deserves more attention.
I completely agree. Having custom spring presets would save a lot of time, especially on larger prototypes where the same interaction is reused across multiple screens. Right now, having to recreate the same values for every Smart Animate transition is repetitive and increases the chances of inconsistency. It would be great if Figma allowed users to save and reuse custom animation presets across a file or even across projects.
