Prototype tooltip next to cursor

I am looking for an additional Prototype Interaction possibility that allows me to Open an Overlay (so far so good) that is not positioned beforehand but will float close to my cursor like a tooltip does.

This way you can easily create tooltips in Prototypes that will open an other frame that remains close to your cursor as long as you are hovering the specified element.
