Let me copy a design from one folder and paste it into another folder

I have a template design file I use as starting point for many designs. Let me copy the template design and paste it into the folder were I’ll be keeping the new design.

Right now the workflow onerous. “Duplicate” the file then “Move file…” using the popup that does not let users browse folders.
