Hi @Ufuoma_Oqua are you seeing this across the desktop app and the browser? Can you check to see if you have any other application running which might be using similar shortcuts? If you are seeing issue on the browser I would suggest checking the browser extensions and disabling them to see if that helps improve anything.

Last, I would suggest checking to make sure you have the correct keyboard layout set on your OS and in Figma. You can read a little more about this here.
