Feature Request: Adding Job Roles + Manual upgrade reasoning

I would like to add a feature to Figma for the admins to use: Adding Job titles to the members and being able to write your own upgrade reasons

We have a lot of people from our company joining Figma, but because we are quite large (2500+ people) it is hard to oversee who has joined Figma for what reason.

We have to keep a list of people that joined Figma that actually have a role as Business Analyst or Product Owner, but do the work of a designer as well.

Having to keep a list manually is a lot of work and if we would be able to filter on certain roles and check their upgrade reasons it would be super beneficial.

Thanks!

We are a digital product service strat/design/dev company with over 150 team members.
Managing the various roles of every moment (not to mention all of our guests clients) is a chore.

I would love it if we could label each team member with a specific role of our choosing.
This way we can more easily filter and search through the Admin Settings / Members list

  • Designer
  • Product Owner
  • Dev
  • Strategist
  • Ops
  • IT
  • Client

This feature is uniquely useful for team/agency managers. TBD if the community is populated enough by managers to request this feature. 🙃

Thanks @Katrin5 for bringing this to our attention!
Hi @Sylvain_Jacques, Katrin5 found the other community member asking for something similar here. So I merged your post to have all the feedback in one place.

Please feel free to give this idea a vote up!

Thanks,
