Please add the dark mode. I never thought a fantastic tool like Figma would be missing a feature like this in Jam. I used to work on design files, but recently, I’ve been working a lot on the Jam file, and it’s killing my eyes.

About to go for 5 YEARS, and still no update, no nothing, this is a basic need, and you can’t justify 5 YEARS of wait for this basic feature…

Maju_Gutierrez

Today I said why did I stopped using this? OH, I SEE. There it is, that super anoying white board…I stopped using FigJam because I don’t want to add or resize a black rectangle so my eyes don’t burn out… How can this still be a problem?

Nadja_von_Massow

The lack of basic features like dark mode makes JamBoard still a no-go for us. Changing the background colour of the entire board is one of the most straightforward and common options with other tools.
+1 from me.
But low hopes looking at this looooong list of users asking for it going back more than 3 years.

Dark Mode is required

+1 from me too. Dark mode would be great, since all my presentations are paired with code examples in a code editor in dark mode, so it’s would be so much better to have dark mode enabled on FigJam too.

Yeah, it’s working. But how long for?

Figma should provide permenant solution.

Or I think they will provide dark theme when I wont be able to see 🧑‍🦯

++++ agree, we need dark mode!

yes this is a much needed feature! It gets so irritating to work with the bright white screen. Please add the dark mode🥲

An important suggestion would be to let users to have the option to switch to dark mode in FIGJAM. It’s really does frustrates, once a user who is adjusted working on dark mode and coming to FIGJAM just for light mode to brainstorm. It might also feel like a dropout for users to move out to another brainstorming tool which enables dark mode. If this feature can be implemented this can double the user engagement within FIGMA.

We need dark mode please. FigJam is a great tool; it’s this one missing feature that prevents it from being usable for me.

Eva_Luna_Alvarez_Calderon

++ Please for Dark mode on FigJam. Coming to a FigJam board from my Dark Mode Figma is jarring. FigJam is so bright and low-contrast grey it is eye-strain and headache inducing. Please don’t make the FigJam controls icons the mid-tone grey that is low-contrast-aginst-black that you did in Figma. Be kind and have a good contrast ratio. We stare at these screens all day.

Amine_Hmine

++ Please add dark mode in FigJam, it’s so bright, am killing my eyes 🥸

Colten_Lumley

Throwing another vote into the void.

The two highest voted FigJam requests are variations of this, and three years later all we’ve got is “we’ll continue to monitor it”. Why have a feedback board at all?

Creath_Carter

This thread helped me decide that I’d not be using FigJam.
Thank you all for sharing your experiences and answering my #1 question!

Please work on this feature my eyes are burning off at night. 😮‍💨
