The new home sidebar update works well except now it takes two clicks to switch teams and the loading time switching teams has also increased. As a freelance designer this is something I do frequently, so this has added increased friction into my workflow.

I would love if there was a way to have teams one-click away. The best implementation of this I can think of is in slack where switching between different workspaces is one simple click of the large icons on the left-hand side of the screen
