Allow to change scroll speed

Maybe if we could alter the speed at which the elements of the screen move, we could generate interesting effects such as parallax scrolling.

Imagine you have a frame and an image object inside that is going to scroll at 0.75x of the regular speed. This will create a parallax effect.

That’s a really solid idea. Giving control over scroll speed opens up a lot of creative space. Parallax is the obvious win, but it also helps with depth and focus. Slower elements feel distant, faster ones feel closer. A simple multiplier per element would be enough to unlock this. Designers wouldn’t need complex logic to get good results. Just tweak a value and see it move differently. It could also be useful for subtle animations, not just flashy effects. As long as there’s a sensible default, this kind of flexibility would be powerful without being overwhelming.
