When I create a color style with a solid color, I have to break the color style to add opacity. I work in areas where I just need to play around with different opacities before I decide the final direction. It would be nice to have the options available to add opacity on a color style and also Blend mode options.

In Figma, you can define a color style, but you can’t directly adjust the opacity at the main level of the color style. To incorporate opacity, you need to create a new color style that includes it. It would be helpful during experimentation with various color styles to have the option to adjust opacity as needed. I prefer to keep opacity separate from the color style until my designs are finalized.

Thanks again for the feedback, @Mike_Hone!

We’ll make sure this is on the team’s radar for future improvement.

I agree with this. Currently, I have to detatch style, and then I can change the opacity, but this defeats the purpose of having a color style in the first place.
