When I set paragraph spacing for the block of text, the bullets ignore this spacing, and stay at 0px. This is weird.
Al ordenar los proyectos de figma, me gustaría poder ordenarlos en carpetas, como la de favoritos en el side bar, aparte de que al exportar me dé la opción de como quiero guardarlo, en carpeta, por separado, etc.
I just got here. Obviously Figma has been around and I’m new… and good, because with a fresh pair of eyes, I have to ask: WTF, Figma? How many little “X”s will I have to close before I can finally use the app? Boxes of propositions and I haven’t even gotten here. Tip boxes to tell me things before I have even had time to click a single feature in the product. I mean, there were like 4, or 5, just now! And then when I was finally ready, the page refreshed to pop another product feature ad up at the top. Oi. I just want to use the app. This is the kind of UX that makes people throw keyboards at the wall. SO FRUSTRATING.
As administrators, we are constantly annoyed by “false” licence upgrade requests. All users get different modals that urge them to ask for an upgrade, even when it’s not needed (eg. they’re invited to collaborate in an open session, hence can edit without licence upgrade). This leads us to have to re-qualify every single request to determine if there is a genuine need, or if it's just someone who clicked to get rid of the modal (90% of the time). Is it possible to disable these modals inviting users to ask for an upgrade? It is a real burden on a daily basis.
I’ve been building a project using Figma Sites and I’m running into very slow loading times when navigating pages. Even after compressing all images and simplifying the design, the performance hasn’t improved.I ran a network analysis and the issue doesn’t appear to be assets or images — it’s the initial page response from Figma’s server. Here’s what I’m consistently seeing across pages: Waiting for server response (TTFB): ~2.9 seconds Content download: ~3 ms Connection/queueing: negligible So the browser is waiting almost 3 seconds before receiving the first byte of HTML. Once the response starts, the page loads instantly. The request structure also shows that each page loads through: /_runtimes/sites-runtime.*.js /_components/v2/*.js /_json/{page-id}.json …suggesting that Sites dynamically assembles each page on the server. Combined with: cache-control: public, max-age=10 …it seems Cloudflare is forced to re-fetch the HTML from origin frequently, which might explain the slow TTFB an
I recently upgraded from a Starter seat to a Collaboration seat, expecting to gain access to AI features and the ability to share projects with clients. However, I'm experiencing significant limitations that are affecting my workflow:I cannot use plugins on any projects (both existing and new) I cannot share projects with clients Other essential features are also restrictedThese limitations are severely impacting my productivity and ability to gather client feedback. When I encounter these issues, Figma displays a pop-up suggesting I upgrade to a full seat. I wasn't expecting the Collaboration seat to have more restrictions than the Starter plan.I previously contacted support via email, but the response I received didn't clarify the situation or resolve the problem. Could you please help me understand:Why the Collaboration seat has these limitations What options are available to restore the functionality I need Whether there was a misunderstanding about what features are includedI appre
Here are my two first private messages after creating a figma community account. Can you implement bot protection?
I tried reaching out to the Figma Sales team back in July 2025 but haven’t received a response yet. I submitted another request today (11/24) through the “Contact Sales” form on the Figma website. We need Figma for our work, so it would be greatly appreciated if the Figma Sales team could get in touch with us as soon as possible.Thank you :)
I know there was an update to hide the email in the share popup, but for invitees only. At that time we still see email from who request to view or edit. But now it’s gone. This siIIy dump 4ss UI! Why the heII do you think you should remove the email from the requesters? My company restrict employees to use external email to view internal files. In this UI I can not indicate which email he is using, or even is he one of my colleagues.***_- PLEASE REVERT NOW -_***
it’s a bit uncomfortable when i do have a prompt, and the system automatically force me to follow the answer generation in figma make. i want to read the start of the answer directly even before the answer is fully generated. i think this little improvement will be very helpful, thanks!
Hey there, I did a short course about landing pages and I am super new at this, I created a first idea of a landing page with some interactions and I need feedback about how to improve as ui designer having this example of what i did as a base. I am taking the beginner course of figma.
WishlistI want to have CMS in Figma Design as well to manage content efficiently and consistently. 😎 Figma Docs – an improved way to document styles, behaviour, decisions, animations, and much more. 📝 I want to have the interaction 'Open overlays' in Figma Sites, so that I can display drawer navigations and popups. Be able to save animations as “styles”, so I easily can apply same animation and update once. Be able to set ‘Accessibility tags’ on components in Figma Design, so I don't have to do that after I've imported components to Figma Sites. When I copy frames from Design and paste them into Sites, it sets the height from 'Hug' to 'Fixed'. 😔 Please keep the autolayout on frames height when pasting. Better performance on published Sites, right now it takes several seconds to load a page, and there is no loading indication. Grid layout to support Hug and Fill. Variable support for Hug and Fill. Autolayout on ‘Sections’. Components work well in Figma Design but become buggy when im
Whenever we copy text from one place and paste it into another text frame, it carries over its own formatting (size, style, etc.). But I want the pasted text to automatically adopt the formatting of the destination text frame. Currently, the copied text’s properties override the destination formatting, which is not ideal. This isn’t a bug, but it feels like behaviour that needs improvement. In most practical scenarios, users copy text because they want to replace the content not the styling. If someone actually wants to preserve the copied text's formatting, they can apply it manually. But by default, it makes more sense for the pasted text to follow the formatting of the target text frame. Can this be fixed?
The drop down menu should show all my figma make files so i can easily swap between my projects. as a designer it would save a lot of time and efforts for me. small suggestion but it will be highly impactful.
Hi, I’m trying since about 1 month to contact FIGMA sales team to see for an Organization License via the Contact form, with no news, I tried in English, in French (about 4 times), and even via Contact Support (A ticket is open now for about 10 days here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/1588454). I tried also direct mail to sales@figma.com It seems that it exists no way to contact anyone from figma except this forum :(We would like to have a contact to discuss a full switch for our European organization to Figma tools.Any answer would be appreciate, thanks in advance, Christophe LOUISArcelorMittal Europe – Flat products

Not really a ‘problem’, but rather a major translation error. The menu item ‘view’ is translated into German as ‘Ansehen’, which means ‘reputation’. The correct translation should be ‘Ansicht’. Even Deepl translates the word “view” incorrectly. ;) Take a look at the meaning of ‘Ansehen’ on duden.de (https://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/Ansehen).Cheers, Ingo
I’m a member of the security team. We’re using the Pro plan, and recently, a user was invited into our organization through the following sequence of events: User A (inside the organization) created a file and set access permissions to “Anyone with the link.” User B (outside the organization) accessed the file. User B (outside the organization) then shared the file or granted permissions to User C (also outside the organization). User C ended up becoming a member of our organization. We contacted Figma, and they confirmed that this behavior is “by design,” and told us that the only way to prevent it is to upgrade to the Enterprise plan.It seems unreasonable that an external user can effectively accept an invitation into our organization, and we believe this is a serious issue. We wanted to share this so everyone is aware when using Figma.Additionally, since the file in step 1 was in Drafts, administrators were unable to see it, which affected our initial investigation. We would l
User persona context:I am not a huge keyboard shortcuts user, I use some, adopt slowly, and like to customise when I need to to make it easier to use the shortcuts I care about and avoid accidentally triggering the ones I don’t.Issue summary:What I am finding annoying about shortcuts in Figma is that is that ones I am not interested in a given moment are they are too easily triggered (because they don’t require an additional key like shift etc.) and I can’t customise them. Issue example: One way in which this is causes issues for me is if I am selecting an option from a dropdown e.g.:When I am selecting a variant property value. If I have a lot of options I usually start to type the letter of the option to jump to it. This works great if the key I am using doesn’t overlap with a Figma determined keyboard shortcut, but if it does, the shortcut is triggered for some action e.g. frame, slice etc. Possible solution approaches:Allow customisation of Figma keyboard shortcuts within Figma →
Hi Figma Team 👋I’m currently building an interactive checklist component using variables and prototypes. My goal is to let users click an “Add Checklist” button to dynamically show or create new checklist rows (like tasks, subtasks, or steps).Right now, Figma Variables can control: Text Numbers Colors Component states …but there’s no way to control the visibility of frames or layers, or to dynamically add new Auto Layout items in a prototype. It would be extremely powerful if Figma allowed: Binding visibility of layers or components to variable values (e.g., show when count ≥ 2) Dynamically duplicating components within Auto Layout based on a numeric variable This feature would make prototypes far more realistic for: To-do lists / checklists Dynamic form builders Data-driven dashboards Interactive UIs that simulate adding/removing content Thanks for continuously improving Figma — this would really expand what’s possible with variable-driven interactions! 🙌Best,Anex UX
I'm a student learning on courser, I got a mail to reverify my account, I did that following Coursera instructions, that where am learning, so I choose online program but it keeps saying contact an admin and I don't know which admin to contact I have tried all other options but its not working and am close to completing my portfolio...please is there any solution
To give a great alt text to your Site’s imagery, you need a large enough area to create the best kind of alt text. Please increase the size of the input field for Alt Text. Please also consider putting AI to generate better accessible text for screen reader users.
I’ve recently started exploring Figma’s AI features, and while I truly appreciate the innovation, I find myself a bit concerned about the current pricing structure and the way credits are managed. I completely understand that these tools require resources to develop and maintain, but I wonder if there might be more flexible or transparent options in the future. What approaches or solutions are most commonly adopted by teams facing similar concerns?
There’s a bug on grid. If I move a component with a vertical grid into another frame/component, it takes on a fixed property instead of fill
Ever wondered how a few clicks can get you from one place to another with ease? That’s the beauty of thoughtful design. A great cab service app is not just about getting a ride. It’s about creating a smooth journey for users from start to finish — and that starts with design. When I first began designing a concept for a cab service interface in Figma, I realized how essential structure and flow are. Every button, color, and icon needs to communicate trust and simplicity. With Figma’s collaborative features, I could quickly mock up wireframes and invite feedback from other designers, which made the creative process feel more human and dynamic.Transitioning from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes was an exciting part of the process. It’s in this stage that the design begins to feel alive. Adding small animations for ride confirmation screens or micro-interactions when a driver accepts a booking can completely change how people feel using the app.The best part of designing
