Support for a larger mouse pointer

The custom Figma mouse pointer looks nasty when you use a larger than default system pointer size (on Mac at least).

Resolutions and screen sizes have just gotten bigger and bigger while the pointer has stayed the same size, so these days the default size is ridiculously small… Which is why I always enlarge it.
