Shift select doesn't work

Hello everyone! I’ve encountered a very annoying bug that has made it almost impossible to work in Figma.

As you can see here, if I select a text element and another element, using the shift and release the shift button, it duplicates the text and deselects the elements i wanted to group. Curiously, rectangle or any other drawn elements do not duplicate when selected, and there is a work-around by selecting two elements by dragging your coursor, but it is not a realisting fix in any scenario. It is only an issue on my Macbook Pro M2, as my other laptop (Macbook Pro Intel) doesn’t seem to have this bug.

I would be very grateful for any tips and suggestions!
