Request for Response from Sales (Yes, another one on this - Apologies)

Hi

I’d really appreciate a response from a Sales team member. I need to purchase Enterprise Licenses and I does seem that public requests on this forum are the most successful method of doing so. The Contact Sales page not appearing to do anything.

My Apologies to the wider Figma Community. I know that there are more that 10 topics on this from the last year with some of then having hundreds of responses.

This is a good faith outreach and I understand the Sales team are quite possibly very busy at at capacity but there just aren’t many options available.

My thanks to Celine for the response.

 

I would not note that while this was an internal escalation there actually has been no contact from Figma sales so I’m probably in my second month of trying to get a response from the webform.

I did ask on Twitter/X but got directed to the form again.

This community forum did elicit a prompt acknowledgement but actually no change in status.

This continues to be a very frustrating experience
