I’m following up on an urgent account recovery issue. My account was hacked, and I’ve been in contact with Figma Support to restore it to its original status. I’ve already provided all the necessary details, including confirmation of my admin status and team information.
However, I recently noticed that the issue has been marked as solved without any resolution or communication. The problem remains unresolved, and this is critical for me.
I kindly request Figma Support to revisit this matter and provide an update as soon as possible. If anyone in the community has faced a similar situation or can offer guidance, I’d appreciate your advice.
