Hi Figma Community,

I am seeking urgent help with recovering my hacked Figma account. My account was recently breached, and the email address associated with it was changed without my consent.

I need assistance to:

  • Restore my account to its original status, including access to all my files and data.

This situation is critical, and I’d appreciate any guidance or support from the community and Figma’s support team to resolve it as soon as possible.

Hi Figma Community,

I’m following up on an urgent account recovery issue. My account was hacked, and I’ve been in contact with Figma Support to restore it to its original status. I’ve already provided all the necessary details, including confirmation of my admin status and team information.

However, I recently noticed that the issue has been marked as solved without any resolution or communication. The problem remains unresolved, and this is critical for me.

I kindly request Figma Support to revisit this matter and provide an update as soon as possible. If anyone in the community has faced a similar situation or can offer guidance, I’d appreciate your advice.
