Hi Figma Support Team,I recently noticed that an additional seat was accidentally added to my Professional plan. The payment for this billing cycle is due on November 16, and I wanted to reach out before that to ensure I’m not charged for the extra seat.Could you please help me remove the additional seat and confirm that I won’t be billed for it?Please let me know if any additional steps are required on my end.Thanks so much for your help and prompt response!  

Hello,Figma Mirror hasn't been working for few days on my iPhone.It used to work “ok” before but now, every time I want to use Mirror, I just see a black screen no matter what I try. The app correctly shows the selected frame prior to mirroring but as soon as I tap on “Begin mirroring”, I see nothing but a black screen. I tried with different projects... I restarted Figma on macOS... I rebooted my Mac... I restarted Figma on iOS… I rebooted my iPhone… I logged out/logged in again on macOS and iOS… I “restarted” the preview from the iOS app Just a black screen.Has anyone the same issue?Thank you,AxelAbout the app: App Version: 25.41.0 (251029.5015844) Commit: 7eaf00d18ba9 iPhone XS Max iOS 18.7.2  

Hello everyone, it’s been 2 days since whenever I open a file, the “Assets” tab on the left sidebar, is open by default, why’s that? Has there been an actual change in how Figma works or is it just a bug? Note that I’ve tried to restart it multiple times, even using the “help” window, and removing the cache directly from the terminal. I know about switching tabs with option+1 / 2 , but still I just want my “File” tab to be the one opening by default again… Thanks in advance to everyone.

Hi. I am having a problem with opening my project files on Figma. This problem started today (10 November) I have seen someone with a similar issue and I have tried all the suggested remedies for this issue — but no luck. Help with this would be great. Attached is a screenshot of the error message that comes up. 

I created a project in Figma Make. At first it worked well, but now the AI ignores at least half of my requested changes; some aren’t made at all. I request changes in different ways and receive confirmation that they were applied, yet the UI remains unchanged. I need urgent help: I must present my prototype but can’t finish it because the AI stops responding to my requests or claims, even though it says it did the changes, but it hardly makes any changes anymore.

So I cancelled and downgraded my plan but for some reason I was charged anyways on my account for 34 dollars. There is no shot I continue to use this software after this blatant practice of 'charging without the customer knowing' mentality. 

Hi, I’m having trouble uploading specific custom font weights to my Figma Site. My site doesn’t need all of these fonts but, once I started having issues uploading certain font weights, I wanted to test how many were unreadable/incompatible. All of the font weights listed are used in my Figma Site but Figma says it “doesn’t match any font in use” when I go to upload the corresponding woff2 file.  

I recently tried turning a Figma Make project into a PWA. After several prompts back and forth, Figma Make revealed that it didn’t fully support that functionality. Are there plans to support it later on?

When variables are applied components look differently (see image – the bottom component is higher and the setting is the same). Figma does this on almost every component with paddings, height even radiuses are different than designed.

I have designed a website using Figma sites. The alignment is perfect in the preview mode. However the published site looks distorted. Common problems like center aligned objects moving to the left (I saw other users mention the same concern) Kindly help me fix this at the earliest.

Figma Make keep loading loading and loading

Hi, I was asked to re-verify my student status in september, which I did. After that Figma still told me I had to re-verify so I tried verifying again only to be told I exceeded my verification limit, so I contacted SheerID, who said I was successfully verified already. By then everything still worked fine in Figma so I thought it might be a harmless bug, but recently I was locked out of my team and am to be locked out of the teams from my classes, is there a way to reset my verification limit? Otherwise I won't be able to use Figma for uni anymore entirely

There was a moment of utter shock when I saw all the frames disappeared. I opened version history  to access older frames and luckly was able to retrieve them. This has happened multiple times as of now.

So, ive been using figma make for a few days now, and everything is absolutely smooth , getting amazing results, creating amazing flows, complex interactions, but starting from yesterday, my figma make became completely DUMB, every simple change that i make on the project, everything breaks, for example, i have a 3 tab design, with everything working fine, i asked figma make to remove 1 item of the accordion on the fist tab and the entire project breaks, the second and third tab simply lost their funcionalities just by doing this, ive tried just edit a text and still gettin this behaviour, everything breaks.Ive been asking consistently to figma make does not interact or interfere with anything else that im asking , but gettin the same faulty results.Dit anything change? why is this happening? do the IA getting dumber ?

Heyyy,Both in Figma Make and Figma Sites, the TXT DNS Records are not getting verified quickly. The CNAME Records instantly update and sync, but the TXT doesn’t update even after 48 hours.One of my first Figma Sites got published, but beyond that none of my other sites or Make Websites are getting laucnhed or connected to the domain due to TXT DNS Record verification delay

Hey, while updating one of my plugins I noticed missing feature. When using the Figma Plugin API, the devStatus property is undefined for nodes of type GROUP, even if the group is marked as Ready for dev.This causes an inconsistency between what’s visible in the UI and what’s accessible to plugins. Other node types, including FRAME, COMPONENT, INSTANCE, COMPONENT_SET, and SECTION  correctly expose their devStatus values.Expected behavior:If a group is marked as Ready for dev, its corresponding GroupNode should expose a valid devStatus object through the plugin API.Actual behavior:For GroupNode objects, devStatus is always undefined, even when the group is visibly marked as Ready for dev in Dev Mode.Thanks and best

Hi, I’m unable to access my Figma Education Plan. I submitted my verification through SheerID, but it’s been delayed and I haven’t received any confirmation yet.I’ve also contacted SheerID support, but they said they’re experiencing high request volumes. Because of this, I can’t activate or use my education plan on Figma.

My odyssee for verification as educator with SheerID goes on. At 31 Oct I was applying on the Verification Page of Figma once more.
