Hi,
I've been having a nightmare today trying to access different pages in the Figma Mac app. Some pages load fine, but others simply won't open. I've tried resetting the cache, using the browser version, and even resetting the cache there as well, but the performance issues persist.
Is there anything else I can try to resolve this problem?

Sorry to hear the issue is happening. Could you try the troubleshooting below?

  • Close any Figma tabs you're not using
  • Browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
  • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
