The color picker at the top-right of the Highlighter menu doesn’t appear to work. Clicking on it doesn’t open the color palette. Works with the pencil tool.

Ah I see now this is probably disabled. Wasn’t clear to me at first because I came to the highlighter before the pencil. Might make more sense for this to just be hidden if it’s not available.
Consider it a feature request to allow custom highlighter colors.
