Connection error on desktop app

When I tried to open the desktop application at night, it showed up like the picture. When I opened it in the afternoon, there was no such problem. When I deleted and re-downloaded it, it still showed up like the picture, but it still worked on Google Chrome. Can anyone help me?

Thanks for your reply, the problem has been solved. I just changed the time display on my computer and it solved it.

Hey ​@Haoran Wang, thanks for reaching out about this! So I can troubleshoot this with you can you please check a few things for me?
 

  1. Is this just happening for a specific file, for all existing files or for new files created in Drafts?
  2. Have you tied to clear the cache? Please follow these steps for the desktop app: Clear Desktop Cache. 
  3. Does this also happen on another network, like a mobile hotspot? If it’s just happening on one network, you may need to adjust your proxy VPN or firewall settings as shown in Adjust your network settings or speak to your IT Admins or ISP. Generally for problems affecting a single network we’re not able to troubleshoot as it would require access to your system or network settings.
