Can't pull some components out of the library

My team is having some problems pulling some components out of the library. It is not all components, though. We get the following error:

“Unable to load. Something went wrong. Try closing this window and reselecting the component.”

Closing the window and reopening does NOT fix the problem.

I have done to following so far to try and fix the issue:

  1. Checked the component in the component file. No errors here.
  2. Republished the component. Did not fix the issue.
  3. Unpublished the entire library and republished. Did not fix the issue.

Note: I was able to publish with no issues.

I’m at a loss and not sure what to do.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing. I encountered a similar situation once where instances were linked to outdated components that were no longer in use. In that case, reconnecting or swapping them with the correct components resolved the problem.

I am having the same issue. It is sometimes fixed by restarting my computer, but not always.

Hi everyone,

I had the same problem with multiple components from a library.
They all used a common icon subcomponent, one of which had a variant referring back to a relegated library.
Detaching that variant fixed the problem for me.
